Salutations lovelies! First a brief intro. I am 28 and not at all new to the equine RP world with over 10 years of doing this, give or take a few years. My hiatus and return has been an awakening as I am very happy to wheel out a new arsenal of characters and a revamped writing style. I live out in the Pacific and it would take me at least a paragraph to accurately explain where exactly my island is. But know it is tiny and tropical and horses are scarce here. I have loved horses since I was little and much of what I know has been my own personal interest and research, and the help of people who are just as horse crazy. I read Guy Gavriel Kay, John Connolly, CLAMP manga (the makers of Card Captor Sakura). I am now and forever a Sailor Moon fan. I listen to Sara Barreilles, Jason Mraz, Train, Hall and Oates, Bryan Adams and most anything under the sky that suits me. I love talking about food my favorite being pasta. I have 3 dogs and 6 cats and I draw (doodle really), sing and watch movies for fun.

Writing forte: Well forte is probably pushing it. I play mischief makers, heart breakers, socially awkward, cute and flaky, and old souls better than anything. I love a good romance, a fairy tale twist, a battle/war plot. I am looking forward to long, meaty posts with Game of Thrones-like detailed plots. Be warned: if you really get my muse going you might find a book waiting for you as my next reply. XD (kidding, i have yet to accomplish a book)

Personality: He is a master of words, perceptive and sharp as a blade. Khalid has an appetite for the pretty faes, and many have been said to swoon at his hooves. He need not try hard, and when chase is called for he is for the most part a gentleman. Khalid is acutely aware of the environments he swims in, knowing the political arena is every bit as treacherous as the desert and sometimes moreso. He navigates easily in all circles, and his dashing good looks make add to his appeal. He easily trusted though does not easily trust. This allows him to be effective as he climbs the Northern ranks.

Aliases: The dreamer. The compassionate one. The adventurer. The healer's apprentice. Curious. Outspoken. Spitfire. Courageous but not yet knowing of it. Strong willed and strong hearted.

Personality: Ceres loathes the life she was born into. You could easily peg her for a spoiled brat, but she prefers the company of equines from all stations and not just the nobility. She does not judge, and humbles herself to those who know better than she. While on the exterior, she has accepted most of the hand dealt to her, she dream of greater things and her own freedom outside her obligation. When not at home, she speaks freely of this and of her mind. She will not stand down in the face of adversity. She is young when it comes to courting, but otherwise prides herself as being able to get along with her male peers. Sweet and loving, Ceres easily trusts and befriends. Just don't tick her off (and it takes a lot to do this, so if she does lose it, you must have provoked her).
