VNES' WANTEDS/ADOPTABLES

Status: OPEN 

RULES
1. Must have at least three active posts in the last month to be eligible.
2. Wanteds/Adoptables are given by audition post. Audition post must be at least 200 words.
3. These characters bear the family names which I have created so please try to stick to family traits.
4. I reserve the right to revoke an adoption if I find the player is unable to keep them active or true to their given family name(s).
5. Feel free to return a character if you feel you no longer wish to play them.

HOW TO AUDITION
1. Post below who you are interested in and I'll give you a place to post an audition for that char.
2. Audition post must be a minimum of 200 words.
3. I look it over and if all looks good, the char is yours.

FAQ
What if I want to try a character out first?
That's why I'll have you audition on the game board. If you are testing the waters, than you can RP with one of my chars to get a feel.

Can I adopt a character for just a little while say only to carry out a certain plot?
Absolutely. But you will still have to audition unless otherwise noted. I'm all for temporary adoptions as long as you stay true to the char's name and do not kill the char!!

Can I kill the adopted character?
Please check with me first. Chars will have to die at some point, but I may have plots in mind so please let me know before you kill a char you've adopted from me.

WANTED/ADOPTABLE 

LAZRIUS/LAZARO FAMILY
This is a long kept secret of the two families that they are in fact one and the same, though they live completely different lifestyles. The story is that the Lazaro clan was once a nomadic tribe and occupied both sides of the River Ithen but majority resided in the North. When all hell broke loose many generations ago, the Lazaro clan took up arms with the North in the interest of survival of not anything else. The line had to be protected. In truth the Lazaros have no dispute north or south and the only loyalty valued above all else is la familia. Those few that remained in the South remain loyal to their Northern brethren, having changed their name to Lazrius to protect themselves, they also stay a close-knit community.

ADOPTABLES:
Amir Lazrius: Son of Leena Lazarius // Cousin of Khalid Lazaro
Persona: Compassionate; Impulsive; Brave; Argumentative; Likes to Question things and will often receive a blow from his mother where he might be bordering the lines of respect.

Leena Lazrius: Mother of Nadir Lazrius // Aunt of Khalid Lazaro [Temporary Adopt Only]
Persona: A tough mother who prides herself on raising a stock of sons, though she now only has Nadir in her care. She doesn't take crap from anyone and is faithful to the clan. She is quiet on a good day but piss her off and you'll be subject to her wrath until your ears fall off. She is wise and sensible and quite the grump. She is skilled at basic training in the arts of stealth, herbal remedies and navigation as well as fighting.

Plot ideas: These two will be eyes and ears in the South, Khalid's source of information and a safe house should things ever go sour in the North.

VALERIO FAMILY
This family is very militaristic and politically savvy. Members tend to be witty and charming in the political arena and fierce and fearless in the battle field. I thought to have someone play Liber's daughter. ^^ Originally I had planned that his family would abandon him, now I think I might have his long lost daughter. This will at lease prove for funny mad hatter that he was once of sound mind and able to produce sound stock of his own.

WANTED:
Name Valerio: Daughter of Liber Valerio // Niece of Magnus Valerio
Persona: Open. This lass will either play the more grounded mind of this family or perhaps the most extreme. Either she wants an all-out bloodbath or she wants Magnus Valerio to be more sensible about his pursuits...that sort of thing. As with this family she should be an adept fighter and/or healer. She should be able to hold her own.

Plot ideas: i really am adding her to help add variety to the family tree (**blushies). i hope she will mate and/or marry another clan and bring honor to Valerio clan. ^^ Given she's a skilled fighter, I anticipate her defending the family lands when Magnus heads North later in the year. Any sort of drama can happen then.

DE CASIENTO FAMILY
This family believes they are entitled to Northlands particularly Boneland. They feel they are the true descendants entitled to rule there. The family head right now is Ysabelle (yes the women tend to be in charge in this family).

WANTED:
Name de Casiento: Brother of Ysabelle de Casiento (name suggestions: Asher//Raphael//Durjack or Jack for short)
Persona: Sharp; quiet as to only speak when he feels its necessary; protective of his sister and somewhat compassionate towards foals for some reason. He admires the simple things in life (a nice day, spring, first snow fall, etc.). He cares little for war unless he can benefit directly from it. But when he must engage in battle he is fairly good (he'd have to be to single-handedly be able to steal and get away alive).

Plot ideas: this lad is technically the older brother of Ysabelle. The two will be quite close in relationship even if they tend to operate alone. Where Ysabelle has capitalized the smuggling industry, this stally is the family master thief, stealing mares among other things in the name of the feuding Southern lords in exchange for favors or other more tangible things. He is a ladies man which sometimes affects him professionally. (potential drama there). Would like to see him perform some good steals as a thief for hire.
